Cancellation Policy

At NC REALTORS®, we understand that plans change and sometimes cancellations are necessary. We have a flexible cancellation policy in place to accommodate our participants’ needs.

Refund Procedure

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, we require that you do so online at least one business day before the start of each course. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe, minus a possible cancellation fee.

To cancel a class, simply log in to the NC REALTORS® website, navigate to the “Upcoming Events” section, find the specific class you wish to cancel, and click on the “Cancel” button under the registration details. Submit the cancellation and we will process your request accordingly.

Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows or last-minute cancellations made less than one business day before the start of a course. We strongly encourage all participants to carefully consider their schedule and commitments before registering for any classes to avoid unnecessary cancellations.

Photo and Video Release

By registering for the NC REALTORS® Convention & Expo, attendees agree to be photographed or recorded during the course of the event. These photographs and recordings may be used by NC REALTORS® for various promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, website content, and social media posts. By attending the event, participants acknowledge and consent to their likeness being used without compensation.

Changes and Cancellations by NCR

While we strive to provide a seamless experience for all participants, there may be rare occasions where courses need to be canceled or changed by NC REALTORS®. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and provided with alternatives, including full refunds or transfers to rescheduled courses.

NC REALTORS® reserves the right to cancel or change courses due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or low enrollment. We understand the impact these changes may have on our participants and will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

In the event of a course cancellation or change, participants are responsible for any expenses they may have incurred, such as travel arrangements or accommodations. We recommend that participants make appropriate arrangements to protect themselves from potential losses in the event of a course cancellation or change.

Participant Responsibility

All participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their registration information, including contact details and course selections. It is the participant’s responsibility to update their information as needed and to notify NC REALTORS® of any changes in a timely manner.

Participants are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any actions taken using their account. If participants become aware of any unauthorized use of their account, they must notify NC REALTORS® immediately to prevent any further unauthorized access.

Once you have completed the registration process and submitted your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your registration. Please review this email carefully to ensure that all the information is correct and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
